This was the reviews that she got with her first film “Bobby” against Rishi Kapoor, which till date is remembered as one of her best films. Taking a walk down the memory lane of her filmy career, one will find a couple of bold scenes that she enacted with quite subtlety.

She has had a couple stints in bollywood. Her first stint at bollywood didn’t last long as soon after doing a couple of films she married Rajesh Khanna and went into the closet. But just when it appeared she would slowly dwindle away into oblivion after giving birth to two daughters and later with a tumultuous divorce, she did a second-coming in the bollywood industry. In “Saagar”, she was again paired opposite Rishi Kapoor but this time in a love-triangle. The movie was a big hit at the box office. And life couldn’t have been more blissful for her when she landed a neat portrayal in “Rudaali”, a film that made her win a national award.

Her last couples of offerings have all been well-taken which includes “Dil Chahta Hai”, “Leela” and “Being Cyrus”.
